Hey Corey! I love the sound of your song The Rhine. I was wondering if you explain some of the meaning to to the lyrics?
Thanks so much! It's a song where each line can kind of stand on its own. I was traveling in Germany when I got news that my cousin was in a serious car accident. That inspired the last verse. The first verse, there was this giant hill behind our living space we'd climb and look out over the city....not sure where the blackberries came from. The second verse deals with a lot of the doubts and explorations of faith I was experiencing at the time. Hope this helps, feel free to ask more specific questions if there are any lines that stick out. What does the song mean to you?
Are there any plans for you come to Oklahoma?Corey Kilgannon responded on 06/20/2019 Next question
